Mr. Byung Moon Kim has joined Tong as a partner in the firm's Busan office and led the opening of the Busan office. Based on his 20 years of experience in investigation and prosecution as a prosecutor, he will strengthen our criminal defense capabilities and provide practice-oriented legal services in the areas of investigation, evidence management, and defense strategy.
In addition to general criminal cases, Mr. Kim's expertise and know-how in various fields, including corporate and economic cases, tax and financial cases, will help establish a legal service system in the Busan area and promote prompt and professional legal support. With the opening ceremony held on July 1, 2024, we expanded our network with the local legal community and plan to contribute to solving various legal issues in the Busan area under his leadership.
