The campaign covers a wide range of fraud types, including investment fraud, fraudulent payments, art-tech, voice phishing, embezzlement, real estate fraud, and more, and is available to individuals and businesses who have documents to prove their losses, such as account details, contracts, and recordings.
The program provides one-on-one personalized counseling and a review of key documents with a representative or associate attorney. The legal issues include proving damages, tracing the flow of funds, preserving evidence (seizure, evidence preservation, etc.), establishing civil and criminal liability, and claiming damages, and Mr. Oh will review documents to determine the likelihood of proof and response strategies and support a prompt legal response. The campaign will run from July 1 to August 31.
