As Chairman of the Internal Transaction Committee at The Law Offices of Hae Soo Kim, Mr. Tong played a key legal role in the immediate implementation of the newly established committee at the March 2024 board meeting. Based on his legal expertise from the prosecutor's office, he worked with internal directors and accounting experts to improve the decision-making structure and enhance transparency in transactions and operations. The committee reviews and approves related party transaction limits on a quarterly basis and performs functions to prevent unfair transactions by pre-screening internal transactions between affiliates and reviewing transactions of stakeholders such as major shareholders. Mr. Kim played a key role in completing the governance improvements prior to the IPO through legal review and advice, and was also responsible for supervising and coordinating the establishment of other subcommittees and the approval of operating regulations from a legal perspective.
