Tong's attorney Jang Chung-seok was appointed as a member of the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Administrative Appeals Board, playing a pivotal role in protecting the rights of citizens and promoting fair administrative decisions. He will be tasked with ensuring legal and administrative balance in the administrative appeals process.
Mr. Jang has experience in reviewing and advising a number of public institutions, including as a member of the deliberative committee for the operation of jointly-owned and controlled entities, a member of the deliberative committee for entrusted agencies of public institutions, and a member of the deliberative committee for information disclosure of the National Pension Service. He has also contributed to legal judgment and setting ethical standards through his activities as a member of the deliberative committee for appeals at the Jeonju District Public Prosecutors' Office and as an ethics committee member of the Jeonbuk District Bar Association.
Based on this appointment, Mr. Jang is expected to contribute to the relief of local residents' administrative rights and the establishment of fair procedures through administrative appeals and legal advice, and plans to continue to play a deliberative and advisory role for the legal development of the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province.
