On December 4, Law Firm Tong signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Mirae Asset Financial Services to provide comprehensive services to clients through mutual cooperation in the fields of law and financial advice. The collaboration will further enhance customized financial services such as retirement and wealth management education, investment seminars, and real estate consulting.
Through the agreement, Tong will provide legal advice for each program and handle practical legal issues such as contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, and risk management. In particular, Lee & Lee will provide customized legal services such as inheritance and taxation advice, review of the legality of investment products, legal review of real estate transactions, and dispute prevention to provide differentiated customer service based on trust and expertise. The cooperation is expected to contribute to the establishment of an integrated advisory system that combines finance and law.
