This includes joint counseling, information sharing, and role sharing in litigation.
Through this agreement, Tong will focus on prevention of tax risks and provide practical solutions in the event of disputes, including interpretation of regulations, litigation strategy, and evidence management. By collaborating with tax experts to develop customized response strategies, the lawyers aim to provide reliable legal services that combine subject matter expertise.
