Tong has been appointed as a legal advisor to the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Federation of Korean Arts and Cultural Organizations to provide field-oriented legal support for the protection of the rights and interests of local artists and arts organizations and the development of cultural culture. The appointment is a step toward establishing an effective support system and customized advice.
Based on his experience in criminal and corporate law, Mr. Lee has been actively involved in advising the cultural and arts community in recent years, and will provide practical legal services and conflict prevention training, including reviewing contracts, responding to copyright and moral rights disputes, advising on performance, leasing, and sponsorship contracts, and addressing legal issues and governance of organizations.
Mr. Lee emphasized that legal stability supporting the arts and culture is essential for creating a creative environment, and expressed his desire to contribute to the creation of conditions where artists can devote themselves to their work by listening closely to the voices of the field.
